Joseph was very helpful and punctual during delivery and pick up. There was somewhat of a mixup whereas the dealer thought they were coming to my house to drop off a loaner and take the car in for service. I don't think I signed up for that.

Very satisfied with service except I requested do not wash my car. It is ceramic coated and should not go thru a car wash. My service manager knew that and he put do not wash car on the service paperwork. He did his part. When I picked my car they had washed it. I was not happy about that. I will not know if it did any damage to Ceramic Coating until I have it washed at the Ceramic place they did say it’s highly unlikely that it did since this was the first time it happened. So the balll was dropped probably some one did not read the paper work that said do not wash. I always take my car to be washed at the ceramic place. You must think my complaint is silly but I think I am more irritated that they did not read the service order. Thanks for listening to me complaining. I do want to say my service agent Mark has alway been great every time I have ever brought my car in. Couldn’t ask for a nicer man.
