I still think your loaner cars should be washed before giving them to clients but I said that last time and the second car was also dirty inside and out plus previous clients papers and dinner receipts in car door.
Carmela was great but I would never describe this dealership as a excellent dealership that cares about details or exceptional service

I had to wait 1 month! To get my car back - supply chain issues were given as the reason. I was never given clear information regarding when the parts would be in. This makes it impossible to make an informed decision regarding what I should do about my car- leave it? Do I need/get a loaner? Do I pick it up and bring it back? It was maddening snd I understand the policy of the parts department. Do better!!!!!! w
