Guy that was supposed to meet me today from the sales dept was a no show.
When I picked up my car I went to speak to the sales manager and he assigned me a great sales person. Still don’t have my cash offer though and it is now 7pm (as promised from the guy that called me this morning at 9:30am)…Will still be looking for that tomorrow.
In the meanwhile Erez will be taking care of me and I will meet with him on Saturday for a Followup visit.

A brake job includes replacing or resurfacing the rotors. BMW has chosen to cheaply redo front brakes by just replacing the pads. Nobody should accept that. I am absolutely appalled and disappointed in spending tens of thousand dollars on the car and being told that they won't replace or resurface the rotors. Shame on BMW
