There was some confusion with drop off on my vehicle, but was resolved fairly quickly.
The loaner I received supposedly had a past customer’s “toilet seat” in the trunk, and I was asked to come back to the dealership to drop it off. I did not have an opportunity to do so at the time.

When checking on the vehicle status for my next servicing on the front brakes, it showed 1300 miles. The technician did not reset the car computer to reflect the front brake change. Ryan, my son in law who works for BMW helped me and reset the service setting for the installation of the new front brakes.
