After inspecting the car on arriving home, I’ve noticed new chips and marks on all 4 wheels of the car after getting tire replacement. I don’t want to be told this happens and is part of the process, because then it should be covered as other luxury brands like Mercedes and Porsche have done with my family. I’ve trusted Arrowhead BMW with my vehicle on previous services with no issues, but I guess that was for simple things that can’t be messed up like oil changes. Looking past the cosmetic damages sustained from this visit, I was offered an alignment to factory settings. However, now my car only drives straight when the steering wheel is crooked 5-10 degrees and this was not the issue prior to service. This cannot be the standard of care provided from BMW dealerships. I fear doing any more work up with the car at this dealership if my issues can’t be resolved. I look forward to hearing back about this visit. I raised the cosmetic concerns already over message portal used during the service. I’ve now noticed the alignment issues and i haven’t had the car for more than 5 hours. This experience does not allow me to trust bmw. Paying premium prices for a luxury vehicle should offer a premium service. I didn’t expect to pay $1400 for tires only to return with chipped wheels that clearly aren’t because of curbing or any other damage prior to and a crooked alignment. In my opinion this service I received today would’ve been no different than Discount Tire or any other third party service.
