1 complaint not on Joseph, whoever washes the cars needs to pay more attention to detail. My new rims and the car had water spots, looked horrible in the sun.

My dismay has nothing to do with Nick or the work done. It has to do with the lack of warranty coverage. My 2021 X3 is my 6th in a row. I have driven nothing else since 2006. I spent more on service today than I have in all of the previous years combined! It’s disgusting. The warranty coverage was one of the reasons I justified the cost of a BMW. Now, sadly, this might be my last BMW.
