Negative : Your team washed my car when I asked for it not to be washed. Also received a bunch of sales calls re: my lease without inquiring about lease turn in. When I did ask about lease options I never heard back from the salesperson. Finally got the info only after calling front desk and speaking with Michaela. She was more helpful than the guy that called and texted me asking all the questions.

Steve’s a nice, friendly, down to earth guy. One thing I would suggest you change is your car loaner paperwork. It’s too cumbersome and long. Keep in mind the quality of your customer base buying and servicing BMW’s should make you comfortable in being more trustworthy. I personally didn’t like the fact she took my credit card for some kind of $50 deposit. That’s bush league! Keep it simple and you’ll gain efficiencies.
