From upon entering the service being greeted by Devin , who then got my advisor Mike A was a breeze. Upon having my vehicle inspected was informed of work that needed to be done, asked for a loaner vehicle and got that quickly. Was advised through the steps of work being done. When I went to return the loaner to pick up my car, once again greeted very politely. Truth be told I’ve been to many BMW service centers and the group you have at Arrowhead BMW are top notch and will be bringing all my BMW’s here for service! Mike and Devin thank you!

Jay was great. Completely changed my view of taking my vehicle to dealerships for maintenance. I was always apprehensive because dealerships always try to upsell me and get me to do things I didn't need. Jay didnt make me feel that way and I felt he took my concerns seriously without trying to sell me things I didn't need.
