You charge for things we have no clue about. Made me spend $700 for some parasitic leakage when I mentioned the battery I'd probably dying. They didn't replace the battery, but when the symptoms came again, they said it is the battery and needed 614 dollars. Sorry. But this is the last time I will ever visit your store or recommend you.

My wife and I were very impressed and satisfied with the level of customer service provided by John Wallace. From our initial conversation about a recall item to his recommendations and assistance in replacing our broken windshield. He was very responsive and we were able to set the appointment for the following day on both items. He provided us with a safety check and a car wash as well. We will be utilizing Arrowhead BMW in the future, and John is a big reason for that. He is a fine representative of the dealership and the BMW company.
