Carmela is hands down the best service advisor at the dealership. Was happy to know she was back from maternity PTO. She’s knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of what is necessary and what is required. Professional, knowledgeable, and polite in every facet of the process. She went above and beyond to ensure continuity with my car and kept me up to speed in the 19hrs or so it was at the dealership.
