Great service, tire was replaced faster then expected

Manny was amazing, I did not get the young guy’s name who got my car, but I somehow managed to get my phone charger stuck underneath the seat. He was so sweet and helpful when he got it out it took him a little bit of time but he did it. And then when he took me to my car, he asked if it was working OK and he also put all my work stuff into my trunk. He is very sweet and very kind. You should be honored to have such a great employee.

We were not asked if we would need a loaner vehicle nor was a shuttle car provided or offered. Being from out of town, that would have been appreciated.

Based on the work order and the conversations of what needed to be serviced when I went to pick up the vehicle not all items were complete. I have been told multiple times that they will have to speak with service manager sales manager what not I’m not exactly sure who they need to speak to in regards to these items, but there was no communication in regards to these items being done or not. There was also a severe lacking communication in regards to the status of my vehicle at one point being told that they had the incorrect number, however all the paperwork and we confirmed with another agent or representative with BMW, who confirm that the phone number was in fact, correct. Overall, just lack of communication and will require additional time to get the car service items taken care of secondary to all of the communication issues I also was extremely dissatisfied that I have an electric vehicle and was given a gasoline vehicle as a loaner. This whole situation created more inconveniences with my time and also cost me more money going from my electric vehicle to a gas vehicle in which when I picked up my electric vehicle, no attempts were made to charge it, but I had the expectation to make sure I returned it with the same amount of gas.

Matthew has been super helpful with taking care of the repairs on my vehicle. His communication skills are excellent and top tier, constantly keeping me up to date with the current status of my vehicle. The best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with, and if I ever have to comeback I would only have him take care of my repairs!
