I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Arrowhead BMW. Justin was my service advisor, and he was fantastic—professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. The only hiccup was a miscommunication between finance and service regarding the warranty I had purchased when I got the car. Initially, the service department couldn’t see the warranty in their system, which caused a bit of a delay, but it all got sorted out. That issue was not a reflection on Justin at all—he was excellent and made the whole experience smooth overall.
