I’d actually give an 11+ to Colin and the service team. It was 5:45 and the low tire pressure warning indicator came on. I was leaving the next day to drive to California and BMW was right around the corner so I thought I’d stop in to get air real quick. I arrived at 5:50 ten minutes before closing. The best and my favorite advisor, Colin, was there and we discovered it was actually a tear in the tire wall from hitting something and I needed a new tire. I was panicked as I was leaving the next day but Colin got right on it, called back to the team and I believe it was Matthew Izaria who stayed a little late to get the work started so I could pick my car up first thing in the morning to make my trip. There were a few others around to help make sure I had a loaner car etc. Everyone went above and beyond to help get me in even though it was quitting time. I can’t express my gratitude! Thank You!
