Manny was great in facilitating the appointment, but the real star was Earl the mobile technician that came out to my house. He was professional and explained everything to me that he was doing. I appreciated his expertise.

Joe was an amazing service rep! Not sure what happened but I made an appointment a week in advance, dropped my car off at noon 6/9/25 for an inspection on my transmission fluid and struts. I called around 6 pm to check in and was told a service rep hasn’t gotten to it yet but they will tomorrow morning (6/10/25) no big deal! I called the following morning at 7:30 AM to express I needed my car by 11 AM and if there was anyway to get it looked at before then. Joe expressed concern and did everything to make it happen. About 40 minutes later I received a call saying my car was all done and ready to be picked up! I showed up excited to hear anything about my transmission fluid and struts and was very disappointed when my car was pulled into the service bay and was told they didn’t even look at it… With still multiple hours before I told them I needed the car back. Its been a hassle every time I bring my car in to get anything done, between being charged the wrong price for an oil change, being told they had to change my warranty with no follow up or further information and now this. Again Joe has always been so nice and helpful and I know this doesn’t fall on him at all but I am and have been very disappointed every time I come in.
