I brought my BMW X5 in for an oil change at 9:30 Saturday morning. I had no communication after that and when I called, I learned that the service department closed at 4 PM, so I was without a vehicle for the entire weekend until they reopened at 7 AM on Monday morning. I have always had great service in the past so this was very disappointing & frustrating. When I finally got in touch with the service attendant Monday morning he basically said oh sorry and then proceeded to want to charge me for the brake sensor and HEPA filter replacements. He was not at all interested in helping to make it right. I escalated to Brent the general manager and he was great and took ownership of the errors. Thank you, Brent for your help!
