Everyone at the dealership was great. Friendly, kind, and helpful. The appointment booking process seems somewhat broken. I had an alignment appointment for 1030. After arriving, I was informed this dealership only has one alignment machine, so there were four cars ahead of mine waiting for the machine. It took a little over 3 hours to complete my car. I understand the work takes time, but it would be better to space appointments out more so multiple vehicles will not need the same machine at the same time, especially if only one machine is available.
