Your ONE question asked it I was “completely” satisfied. In my opinion you’d be better off asking for a rating. Overall I was satisfied although when I got in my car there was a bottle of milk left in the center column. It wasn’t mine. It’s the little details that matter. A quick inspection of the vehicle can boost ratings substantially. Also the time it took to complete the service was longer than expected. Sometimes it’s better to say a longer time frame and finish early. Which can also boost ratings. It may seem minor to you but coming from Minnesota and having my car serviced at the Motorworks BMW for years, I have come to expect a certain level of excellence. I would give a 4+ stars for this service but not 5. I believe I explained my overall satisfaction so no need to contact me regarding my service. I will continue to be a customer. Thank you! Shelly C
