We had an outstanding experience at BMW!! After visiting two other nearby repair shops for a concern, we went to BMW and felt confident in the service BMW provided, unlike our experience with the others. The level of professionalism from the staff, especially Carmela and our mechanic, was impressive. We appreciated their thorough explanation of the repairs which included videos by the mechanic/tech walking us through the process, car wash, and the discount after providing the final charges… what a nice surprise after all we had been through with the other shops. Additionally, Carmela addressed a recall issue that had not even been mentioned at the previous shop who had a certified BMW mechanic. This attention to detail and customer care truly sets BMW apart.! Thank you for the excellent service! We will definitely be customers as long as we continue to own BMWs.
