I actually regret acting on this recall, as the vehicle now pulses upon startup which it was not doing before. I also noticed some hesitation during normal acceleration while driving. While the service advisor was apologetic about the service he offered to me upon the first day, I was not impressed at all. At the end of the first day, I had to call to find out the status because I was not informed about whether the vehicle was completed and pickup status. I was then promised a Lyft first thing in the morning so that I could arrive upon opening @ 7am or shortly thereafter to pickup my vehicle. This didn’t happen and again I was forced to call someone else @ BMW to secure a Lyft ride when I didn’t hear from my service advisor as promised.
