Had my car picked up for a recall, but once it arrived at the shop, I received a video from the technician questioning why it was there and saying they couldn’t replicate my reported issue. This was confusing since the dealer had called me about the recall themselves. Returning my car also became a hassle—my advisor first called Friday to return it Saturday, which I agreed to, but after several more calls and repeated apologies, I didn’t get my car back until Monday morning, only after stressing that I needed it to take our child to school. Despite promising to “make it up to me,” he only contacted me with requests to rate his service. When I called today about my tires still being low (which my car was returned with), I had to leave a message at 10:01 am; hours later, I still haven’t heard back as of 1:55 pm and ended up getting my tires handled elsewhere. Lately, Arrowhead’s service feels understaffed and customer care just isn’t what it used to be.

Matthew was a phenomenal dude, I know a decent bit about cars since I’ve worked on them most of my life. But Matthew was able to teach me a bit about cars I’ve never known especially about the electronic components of my bmw. I came to this dealership not wanting to go through with an expensive job, but Matthew was able to ease me into going this route. From now on I understand there’s things I can personally repair and know I can do myself, but on the other hand anything else I know where to bring the car to. I’ve always had dealerships as my last option in any repair in a car, but after Matthew’s help I trust the value in going to dealerships. Once again, phenomenal guy, couldn’t have asked for a better rep to help me through my process in repairing my car. 5/5 stars, don’t lose this guy!
