Dear Arrowhead BMW, I was surprised and disappointed. The expiration of the prepaid oil change program and contacting the service department to schedule an oil change appointment, both were on the same day. I was denied an appointment, I wasn’t offered the opportunity to come in same day, and perhaps wait for an opening. Which prompted me to go beyond the service department to make my case as a loyal customer. Your staff at the service agent level need to be empowered and trained to make a decision on behalf of your customer. Despite that unpleasant experience, Manny’s customer service was satisfactory. However, in the future for my vehicle service and purchase of a new BMW, I will take my business elsewhere.
