Manny was fine. Because your service technicians are incentivized to find and obtain additional service work, I was told that my coolant looked “watery” and the technician recommended I get a coolant flush. I had that done at your dealership a few months ago in June. I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB and post on social media. Your dealership has lost my trust in any service work you would recommend to me in the future (that is if I ever returned).

Matt was excellent in helping me with my 330i. I bought the car from a Hyundai dealer and have had a few issues. I initially contacted the Scottsdale dealer but they said they weren’t unable to help since the car was out of warranty. I called Matt and he immediately helped me out and told me I had an active warranty for my grill. He has been VERY helpful and very respectful. He was able to answer any random questions I may have had (even on the days he was off). It felt more like I was doing work with a friend which I very much enjoyed! Him and the technician (Nick I think) were both very nice to work with!
