Explained things very well, when I was at a lose for the reason it was coming in. Appreciate the menu to accept or decline certain recommendations. No pushy service rep trying to upsale.

Once again, Jake provided outstanding service. My windshield required replacement and I needed a loaner car. Upon arrival, everything was ready to go. My car was ready by the end of the day, but the mechanic had discovered that my front brakes needed replacement. Jake suggested that I could leave the car, keep the loaner, and pick up my car the next day after repairs. This morning, I received a call saying my car was ready. I am very happy with the customer care that I receive from Jake.
