which all fluids would be checked (especially the coolant) or changed and noted that the tires should be rotated and the oil & filter should be changed. The service technician assigned to our vehicle, had a difficult time communicating necessary information. Several times I was put on hold and was never called back. Eventually, I spoke with the service manager and received an explanation of what was happening with my vehicle. At that point, I didn’t call or hear from the service department again until my vehicle was ready, but I knew that because of what the service manager had told me, that you would be in touch with me at that time.
