Jacob and the customer service he provides is why I come back to Arrowhead. When I had to get a new car a year ago I went with Volvo because I wanted to stay with a service representative I was familiar with. Jake is the best. Don’t lose him.

Dropped the car off Friday, told me the car will be ready for pick up on Monday, never notified me on Monday that the car would not be ready for pick up. This was a flat tire, it took them five days to replace a flat tire. Never apologized after the fact. terrible service overall.
