Not communicative enough, said I would have car back by end of day and then never updated me until the next morning. It's an electric vehicle and the report says they changed the oil, so I'm not sure about the accuracy overall.
My car is driving great and I appreciated the loaner vehicle.

I asked for a total yesterday. 06/11. I was told just shy of $2800.00. Today 06/12 I'm told my car is done and the total is OVER $3200.00. Robert was curt, acted like I was less than intelligent. He was almost rude. I will not be coming back to this dealership. I was very disappointed in the customer service.
