Hi there, this review is long overdue. I couldn’t be happier with Jacob (Jake) in your service dept. He is always polite, professional and personable. He goes above and beyond to serve his customers, he always makes sure I understand the scope of work being done to my vehicle and the estimated cost and benefits to me. He explains things to me without making me feel inferior which is important because for me it allows me to feel free to ask questions without feeling like they are “dumb questions.” This young man is a star employee!

I think the sales staff needs to exhibit a bit more professionalism. One of them let out a large burp when a bunch when at the end office laughing.
The service group was good. I don’t like the videos telling me what is wrong with my car. Just tell me, I am not going to play a video around a bunch of people telling me what is wrong with my car.
