I requested further information about the services done to the vehicle. Specifically with the tire rotation listed in the 70k mileage package. The tires were not rotated as there are two different brands of tires on the front and back which is how I noticed it. I asked about there being a refund on the services that were not performed with the amount charged for labor and/ or parts. I was told I would get a follow up on if the tire rotation was performed and never did.
This makes me question what else could’ve possibly went without being performed during the visit that I am paying for. The price seems extremely high for what was done to the vehicle, especially the labor cost. Furthermore, when I picked up my vehicle it smelled like someone had been smoking inside of it prior to me picking it up.
I would hope with the prices being charged for service that it would come with some honesty about what is being done and what is not being done and me being charged accordingly instead of just lumping everything into a package and assuming everything listed would be performed.

Diagnostic machine was not working during original appointment. Rescheduled appointment they were down to one technician so didn't get my car back. Then when I paid my bill I noticed a charge for paying by credit card after payment. It was not included in the amount I approved when paid.
