If I had a small complaint, it would be a lack of communication of the timeframe needed to complete the work. What was going to be a couple hours turned into a couple days. Other than that, car is great, service was great.

I was very happy with the way. Robert handled my car and servicing it and also Ali who did it while he was gone. Everyone in the service department is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem I had was that I should’ve known better myself was to have someone walk around the loaner that I took because they discovered a dent after I brought it back. And I was told they had done a walk around before I took it out and there was no dense what I should’ve asked for was the paperwork when they did their walk around and I should’ve been there with them when they did it and that is my fault for not being more on top of it, but I was in a hurry to get out of there, but if that happens again I know what I will have to do is request a walk around with one of the service managers. I’m sure no big deal.
