Antonio was great! Very communicative. All of the service staff are great at this location. The only downside is we never were told a cost for the loaner and that’s kind of disappointing considering we barely had it for three hours and drove directly to arrowhead Mall, which is a mile and a half away. Considering we bought our car from your location, you would think any service would have a loaner complementary, but outside of that five stars.

The arrowhead service team is professional and courteous. They were conscious of my issues and my work schedule surrounding them and addressed my concerns with proper service repair and restored peace of mind in my vehicle and the dealership. Jacob in particular is a great customer service leader and knows how to treat a customer and take care of his/her vehicle needs, while still understanding challenges of dropping off/picking up a car around work schedule and the needs of a one year old daughter. 10/10 would recommend!
