Regarding the service performed on June 11, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. Updates were minimal, and I often had to initiate contact to get basic information. This falls short of the level of service I expect from a Volvo dealership.
I would like to see greater attention to clear communication, timely updates, and a more professional customer experience to ensure future visits align with Volvo’s standards.

I do wish my representative (who is usually Antonio) had contacted me when the car had been brought in and diagnosed. I had to call in for any information 2 days after the car got to the dealership. Ali was great at taking my calls and giving me as much info as she could.
