He took the time to explain why it was imperative for me to have my throttle body serviced as well as my oil changed before the scheduled date. Reminded me why it’s important to do preventative maintenance for my vehicle. Very personable and attentive to all the service needs on my car. Although there are some opportunities of coaching to improve his clarity in pricing details and time of completion. In spite of the confusion, The Service Manager and team helped clear things up and earned my business for the future service on my Volvo. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience. This is the reason why I tell everyone that Volvo has the best service pre and post buying a vehicle.

My last experience was perfect and Ali always does a great job. My only complaint is I do not like that the service indicator for Volvo on-call cannot be turned off. I should not have to have this as a service indicator in my car because I do not want to renew a subscription. It makes it seem like something is wrong with my car and that isn’t right if I were to try to sell it.
