I’ll call Ali Monday. She is the BEST. But my car keeps telling me “I’m off line and can’t do that. In the mean time you can get directions, listen to the radio or make phone calls.” The service guy, Antonio was very polite and had had his buddy take a look but no luck. Only Ali can help.
I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS ELECTRONIC STUFF. My car is NOT user friendly. What will you pay me to take it back? 2700 mile on it.

Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable. Two things I noticed on the inspection report, my car model was misidentified as having a 3.2 L engine, which is non turbocharged. My car is a T-6. With a 3.0 L turbocharged & supercharged i6 engine. I really was interested in getting the inspection report, some items were mentioned, and it’s nice that brakes and tire treads were checked & measured. But, windshield is obviously cracked, since the entire first half of the page ( which includes windshield) is marked green, I can’t put faith in those grades. So, I appreciated Jacob, the repair, and the info. But, was disappointed a bit either the first 1/2 page (left side) of the report. Thank you

Brian did a great job recognizing that a problem with the vehicle was covered by a Volvo extended warranty. The remaining work required ordering parts and took more than a week to complete.
