Everything was good until the end. I got a text at 11:56am that my car was ready, so I got there at about 12:10 and was told that they put it through the wash again because it wasn’t “clean enough” and would be ready in 10min. I was sitting with my 3year old and husband in his truck just burning gas and waiting for my car. After 10 min I was told another 5min, that they were just drying it. After another 10 min it still wasn’t ready and I was very irritated and told Ali this is not right I want the car now, why would she message me the car is ready when it was not ready. I waited about 25 min burning gas in my husbands car with an anxious toddler and it was a total of 40min after I was texted it was “ready”. This is not acceptable, my time is valuable and I would have come later that day rather then sit and wait and use up gas.
