I didn't get the usual service report. I generally get a tire tread wear report, suggested next time service. So I can plan/budget upcoming service. I actually think I needed my air filters changed. No one mentioned so I don't think they checked. I don't believe the service was as through as previous visits.

The lady at the front desk assisting me was very nice and made the experience pleasant. Disappointed that they didn’t attempt to wash my car or vacuum it out even though I was told it would be washed. After spending $500 on services, a simple vacuum doesn’t seem like much to ask in my opinion. Service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I just don’t see anything special about making a special trip there.
