Everything was good until the end. I got a text at 11:56am that my car was ready, so I got there at about 12:10 and was told that they put it through the wash again because it wasn’t “clean enough” and would be ready in 10min. I was sitting with my 3year old and husband in his truck just burning gas and waiting for my car. After 10 min I was told another 5min, that they were just drying it. After another 10 min it still wasn’t ready and I was very irritated and told Ali this is not right I want the car now, why would she message me the car is ready when it was not ready. I waited about 25 min burning gas in my husbands car with an anxious toddler and it was a total of 40min after I was texted it was “ready”. This is not acceptable, my time is valuable and I would have come later that day rather then sit and wait and use up gas.

Ali is fine. But apparently the technicians who have been addressing the problem don't understand the frequent problem that happens when I'm trying to back out of a parking space. The first time I brought the car in I had to wait several hours for a software update. The problem showed up again the same day. This time I left the car at the dealer for a week. They provided some expensive service under warranty but that did not work either. On the way home from the dealer I had to stop at my doctor's office and the problem showed up again when I tried to back out of the parking space. It happened both times I had to stop for something on the way home. The problem absolutely needs to be fixed because it is hazardous in any typical parking lot situation. I've described the problem explicitly but I don't think those that are working on the car understand what's happening. I'll be bringing the car back to the dealer next week.
