I was there three hours for an oil change that usually takes about one hour. They said they were short of help but a call to let me know so I could reschedule would have been nice.

I had made an appointment...I was there at 7:45 and I was the second one in line. The guy wasn't as friendly as the main guy...I think his name is Jim...or the woman with the short blonde hair. I waiting in the reception area. i got an email that my car would be ready by 9:30 and it wasn't ready until 10am. I didn't have a problem with the since I was told when I arrived that it would probably be 10am since my spark plugs needed to be changed.
I am always offered a car wash...I heard people who got their cars before me offered a car wash...when I went to get my car it hadn't been washed. I asked the guy and he said it was too cold to wash...clearly not the case for other customers.
I also directed a letter to my local Honda dealership (where I purchased the car) as well as to Honda's corporate office about the peeling paint on my 2009 Honda Civic. Did not hear back from anyone. I have done all my service at my local dealership...clearly this year/model/paint color has issues. Would have been nice to hear back from someone. Your competitive edge is your customer service...not seeing much of that lately.

The service repair tech contacted us and kept us informed. Because of the cost of the repair we decided not to have the work done at Honda at this time. Because I purchased the vehicle from another location and I am involved with them to repair the ridgeline. Other wise we would have had your dealership do the repairs. The heater problem took several hours for your staff to figure it out.But once it was determined what the problems was. Your staff Carlos was prompt with getting back to us, thank you.
