Jim never fails me he is always does more than anyone I know. If it wasn't for him I would take my car else where. He is the best with customer service. Always happy.

Needed car by 2pm, and was told it would be ready by 1pm. Left a message at 1:45 pm asking when the car would be ready. Received a call back at 2:18 pm saying the car wasn't ready yet, but I would receive a call shortly letting me know the specific time it would be ready. Had not receive a call back by 2:45 pm, and I had a 3pm meeting, so I scrambled to get a friend to drive me. I received a message at 2:55 pm saying the car was ready. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating since I could have made other arrangements if I knew I wouldn't have the car by 2pm.

the lady at the lobby was rude instead of she calling to find out the paperwork on my car she send me outside to get someone else. Then, I was going to get overcharge and at the end he just did some kind of weird math and did some deduction he said that I was going to paid 7 dollars more of wherever math he did and send me inside to pay. I paid a lot for this service and he said if my car continued to leak oil to take it back because he wouldn't not know from where would that be....these are mechanics that supposed to know where the oil leaks are. He also said that the reason my back brakes were making noise was due because they weren't Honda brand...I don't even remembered having the back brakes changed since I brought the car in the ventura dealer. I have always taking my car to Honda dealers for service. This time people were rude and I believe I might have been overcharged but I did want to deal with these 2 rude Honda employees.

Bonnie is the best customer service representative! I am leasing a 2016 Honda Civic. I got my car in December 2016 and this was my third time taking my vehicle to this dealership. Each of the three times, I had to get my car towed to the dealer due to the fact the car would not start. The dashboard read "parking problem." The first time I was told that it was a software update that needed to be done, the second time they said the battery was dead, this past third time I was informed 2 codes were read from my car. The tech ordered a part and repaired my vehicle within 24 hours. I am upset of all the inconveniences my vehicle has created upon my life schedule. The third time I received a rental per Bonnie which really facilitated the issue for me. I hope no other problems will arise and my car will push start without the same problem coming up.
