Jim and the whole team did a great job and made my visit painless. Years ago I owned a Jeep and always had it serviced at the local Santa Barbara dealership which is now defunct. One thing that always wowed me service wise was that my car was always returned to me freshly washed even after a lowly oil change. Perhaps that level of service lead to the failure of the dealership but I sure appreciated it.

Abel scheduled me for a routine maintenance on short notice, which I appreciate very much, and he provided a shuttle for me, even though it was technically past the regular shuttle hours ... which I also appreciate!
