Jim is a super! Sales guy! He is always happy helpful and kind. I've had a few Hondas and have gone to your location for over 11 years and he is by far my favorite! I always ask for him for service! Jim helped me tonight, tonight, he went out of his way even though it was after hours!! Thank gif as I was stranded for over an hour with kids and no battery! No problem! Jim got my battery from service before it closed, waited for me after AAA and did it himself! I would highly recommend Jim to all my friends with Hondas! Seriously the nicest service guy I have ever encountered in 26 years of owning hondas!!! You guys are lucky to have him as an employee! We need more people like him!! I will say the lady that answers phones and takes payments is horrible and always rude!! That is another full survey with examples since I've been there waiting and listening how she is rude with everyone. She needs a non! Customer job!
