Torrance dealership screwed me out of a repair job. Also, this dealership damaged my car. Carlos was great in spiteful of these challenges.

After a full service with filter/fluid changes, my car was returned to me with a nearly empty coolant tank. I cannot imagine how a car service could make such a mistake. I drove my car without coolant, nearly frying the engine. I hope that the engine is sound, but if it isn't, I expect SB Honda to cover the full costs of repairs or replacement.

I would prefer to be treated in a more customer friendly manner when questioning the pricing of services as I feel you do not price match your competitors. Also, it would be nice to be acknowledged for the years of loyalty I have shown as opposed to being asked if I’ve been here before. I also did not appreciate the disdain when I forgot to leave my keys as I’m sure this happens all the time with keyless entry. At the end of the day though, he did finish my service quickly and I appreciate that!
