Jim provided excellent service. My car had to be towed to Honda. Jim took care of us from the start as I called Honda waiting for the tow truck. Jim let us know after a short time on what needed to be done. Fortunately, Honda had the replacement part and time to fix my pilot. Our pilot was repaired and we were able to proceed with our weekend vacation. Thanks so much to Jim and your tech team!!!!
