Abel was fine, but I did have some concerns. Last time I came in for a service I was told the service shuttle leaves every hour on the hour in the morning. I got the at 745 and was ready to jump on the shuttle that was waiting with just 1 person in it...but he took off 10 minutes early. I had to pay for an Uber to work, which was really annoying given I got there and dropped the car off just before 8am so I’d be able to get a free shuttle ride to work at UCSB. I watched him drive away as I turned around to walk over and jump in.

Jim is awesome. I appreciate how helpful he is and I felt very taken care of. However, I’m not totally satisfied with the work that was done. I got part of my car repainted and I didn’t know I would have to come back a week later to finish the job. I would have scheduled the work for a different time if I had know this. Plus when I picked up my car the buff job was not complete and they had to take the car back to finish it. I appreciate that they did that right away but it was frustrating. The car still isn’t perfect. Some of the paint is rough and I can still see a divot/indentation where one scratch was.
