I was told by phone the service of getting my sunroof windshield pminstalled would take about 3 to four hours. I made an appointment and even still It took more than 6 hours and my car wasn't even done with its complimentary wash by the time I got a message saying my car wad finished. Really bad customer service when brought it up to the person helping me.

I came to the shop with good tires and left with a damaged tire, and I was told to either buy 2 new tires from Honda or just leave/drive home with a total flat tire. When I asked Bonnie to just put the spair tire, she said that there is no one to do that!!! She put air in the flate tire. I had to rush to Big brand tire on Milpas with a leaking tire. My tire went flate about 2 blocks from the tire shop. The situation was stressful for me. I was left alone facing this situation by Honda. Big brand Tire technician told me that I don't need to buy new tires. They just repaired the tire. This was very bad experience almost costed me unessesary money. NOT happy at all with Honda.

Melanie was fantastic. I had bad experiences with my Volkswagen dealership (my first new car) and assumed all dealerships were that way. However, Melanie seemed extremely nice and helpful on the phone. And, when I showed up for service, Melanie was just so easy to work with and upbeat. It kinda made my day (especially compared to my students that were unhappy about a hard midterm I gave them). Right away, she fixed my phone's bluetooth connection to the car. Then she adjusted the service timing to fit my schedule (a huge help!). Then, I had superb service that fixed all of my problems...and a free car wash to top it off! Thanks SB Honda, and thanks Melanie!
