Mr. Lira was cordial and helpful. I just bought my very first Pre-Owned Honda about 5000 miles ago, and this was my first return trip to the dealership. I was unfamiliar with the service area, and everyone was exceptionally helpful! After my oil was changed, Mr. Lira handed me several sheets of paper and explained exactly what everything meant, telling me that one of my filters was OK now but would need to be changed with my next oil change. I'd never had this type of service, as I'd always changed my oil at convenience places like Jiffy Lube and had heard rumors that dealerships were more expensive and were seeking out extra jobs to add to your oil change charge. I found this to be completely false. I really appreciated everything Honda checked during this routine maintenance. The cost for an oil change was free as it was my first one, but I saw the normal change and found it surprisingly reasonable. I'll be back to my Honda dealership next time I need service :). I LOVE my car, and your employees and service just make me feel even more pleased with my decision to go with a Honda.
