Based off today’s experience trying to get a simple oil change completed at SB Honda, not only will I not be servicing my two (2) Honda vehicles at SB Honda in the future, I will also not be purchasing my future Honda cars from this dealership. I will, however, tell all the many people I know in Santa Barbara and the surrounding cities not to use this dealership for car purchases or servicing.
The unbelievably poor service today requires multiple paragraphs of explanation, and I’ve already voiced my dissatisfaction on Melanie’s voicemail, particularly with the inept service technicians who performed such garbage service on my car today. If someone with some actual power in the SB Honda organization wants to know the details, call me at your convenience: ****-****-xxxx.
