Jim was amazing and a life savior. He fit me into his schedule the same day to make sure my tires would get replaced before my trip to LA the next day. He also worked with me to get the best deal that was possible which was so nice. You said you would wash the van which I was stoked on.
Then I show up after the call from service that it’s ready, but turns out it wasn’t washed. Honda offered to wash it but I had to go.
