I had an appointment at 7:30am but was advised when checking in that there was nothing on file regarding the appt. I was the first car in line for service yet several other cars were ready and done before me. I clearly requested to have my battery keys replaced but service was not done. Bonny was great and helpful though. Just the overall experience this one and only time was a bit disappointing

Jim went the extra mile to accommodate us as we needed to get on the road back to Minnesota.
He fit us in the same day, communicated every issue, managed to have a mechanic stay with the car Friday night to get it done.
He even schooled my son on timely maintenance!
Plus, he had one of the guys wash it up despite a broken window.
He made it happen when we thought it might not be possible.

Bonnie today was the most helpful person I ever met!
She explained to me about a problem with my Honda Odyssey. She picked up from my body language that this repair was going to hurt me in my pocket book. She was SO sympathetic, she went to get me a price for the repair. When she return, she went above and beyond with the price and also with a alternate part with that's price! I have never had a server writer ever cared for a customer like that ever before! She gave me a choice, and made the blow of the repair so much easier for me to deal with it.
She really cares, and I got my car repaired. I know she has my back! Her nature of caring for the customer is so rare and knowing my car is fixed is good but, knowing she did what she did ment more today for me! Thank you Honda of Santa Barbara!
