Jim was great! Employees at Goleta Honda are always extremely helpful and kind. I was really upset at Honda for not honoring our warranty. A check emissions light came on and apparently it costs $140 for just a diagnosis. That was completely ridiculous. We will be contacting Honda to dispute this.
