I dropped off my car the night before my appointment and my car was ready mid day but I was unable to come pick my car up until after work at 3pm. When I picked up my car it wasn’t wash as requested, my service credit wasn’t deducted from my bill as requested so I had to talk to Scott (Service Manager). Scott was able to process my discount and have my car washed. It took over 20 minutes to pay my bill because only one person was working (Wendy) and there was 3 people waiting in line and her printer was jammed. I think a car pick up shouldn’t take 48 minutes when it was ready 3 hours earlier. Customer service and consistent messages as to why certain services are currently suspended is important.
