Overall I was satisfied. The only issue I had was that I was told it would be no problem to drop my car off in the morning, but when I arrived at 7:390there was an extremely long line and I was late for work as it took about twenty minutes in all. I think there should be more transparency that it may not simply be a "drop off" in the morning and there may be a long line and a wait.
